A lot of them are subtle—a bit more blood here, a few extra frames there, and an extra few “fucks” on top. M3GAN has been a viral and box-office sensation, but if you still haven't met the murderous android, you can now invite her into your home if you're in the US. There aren’t any new scenes that were too hot for the theatrical release, and the unrated cut mostly just waits a few more seconds before cutting away from each of M3GAN’s kills. M3GAN's on-screen POV display, which shows her detected percentages of human emotions, is a huge kick. Gemma decides to pair the M3GAN prototype with Cady in an attempt to resolve both problems-a decision that will have unimaginable consequences.
