Feminax Express contains ibuprofen lysine which is the lysine salt of ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is one of a group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (known as NSAIDs) which work to reduce pain, fever and swelling. This medicine is used to relieve: Feminax may rarely cause serious liver disease. Get medical help immediately if you have any symptoms of liver damage, such as dark urine, loss of appetite, persistent vomiting or nausea, stomach or abdominal pain, and yellowing of the eyes and skin. If you notice any other side effects which you believe are associated with your use of Feminax, tell your doctor immediately.
