Hay encourages rabbits to eat, stimulates gut motility and provides a sense of security and familiarity. To help a sick rabbit recover from their illness, you may have to force feed them Critical Care with a syringe. Therefore, it is important that when providing critical care nutrition, the chosen diet is provided in sufficient quantities.
