Matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels and enhanced by a warm finish from hand-selected Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks that previously held 20 years old PX Sherry wines. This whisky has been aged initially in former Bourbon American oak barrels, before a finishing period in cask that previously contained Pedro Ximénez sherry.
