The consistency is very watery and provides zero lubrication whatsoever so that the shave is very uncomfortable.It was thicker than expected, so I had to actually follow instructions to only use a small amount (the size of a dime). While it is amazingly slippery and lets you run your razor over your face without replication, it rinses easily off, leaving your skin feeling super clean.

It was a little misleading to me at first, however this shaving gel can indeed be used on other breeds of canine, such as my delightful Pointer.
