The point at which the feminine aspects disintegrate enough to be wearable for a guy will be different for every guy though. But frankly the other number is way cheaper and better so I am regretting a bit the rushed purchase, knowing now that I owned a better version of this mixture.

It's so rich and dense that I can only wear a couple of sprays and only on cold days - otherwise it can be headache-inducing. Then again, could be a bit of olfactory fatigue, but I doubt it since I could smell Oud Tobacco (also from Montale) all day as I was wearing it.

The coffee is stronger and the overall scent is bolder, darker, more masculine, and more mature than the original Intense Cafe. It’s in the same vein as roses musk, roses vanille and intense cafe ofcourse, just with more coffee, which is what I wanted from it. After the delicious coffee is gone, in minutes, I am left with a Mancera Rose Vanille type of scent, only softer on the musk ( luckily ! I love the scent profile though and will revisit when I have used up my RV, as RIC might have better projection/longevity than RV. I thought that a more pronounced coffee note would make this scent even greater, but I was quite surprised that this is not really the case for me.This was the same feeling after spraying it and wearing it to bed (when I usually test new fragrances). I got it because it was recommended as a coffee scent but I would consider it a rose scent as the primary scent profile. Just a note: Everyone's skin takes fragrances differently not only in longevity but also in how the profile works with your specific skin. After the first caramel blast it turns quite harsh on my skin, as if black coffee beans bury the sweeter notes.
