About this deal

On my 1200 2v motor with a lambda fooler fitted the air/fuel ratio was 11:1 in certain throttle/rpm positions . This was measured on a dyno and eventually the ecu threw up a warning light. The fooler was supposed to control the afr at 13.6:1 it very rarely achieved this figure. Before you balance the TB's make sure you understand how to do it. DO NOT TOUCH THE THROTTLE STOP SCREW ON THE LH THROTTLE BODY! and be aware that you will need to re-calibrate the TPS after the bodies have been balanced so I'd advise against doing anything until you have Guzzidiag and the necessary cables. The Wise Plug-in IP54 Booster is used to increase the signal range. This products requires a 240V supply. It amplifies and boosts the signal range to 150 metres. BoosterPlug Fuel Injection Tuning - Your Motorcycle will love you for it. The BoosterPlug is accepted worldwide as the best possible fuel injection tuning method- and will transform your motorcycle from ”OK” to ”Absolutely marvelous”.

FatDuc - modifies O2 sensor input - closed loop only. Dangerous because we don't know everything we need to know about how the ECU uses the signal.I could tell a difference with the Booster Plug, how much of a difference is negligible performance wise, but I did notice with a slip-on and the booster plug the popping almost went away, still does it at the right rpm and the right throttle chop/RPM blip, but it is way better in that area and with ear plugs you almost wonder if it was a pop or just some other noise from somewhere else. If you’re looking for HP, race mods or great acceleration, this isn’t what you need. I would look at the Rapid Bike EVO because of its auto-tune & custom map capabilities. Fool the ECU into thinking that you are at a lower altitude. No one has attempted this and I understand why. Am I going to rush out and buy a Booster Plug? Nope; but I may consider one after careful further consideration.

You will want to get GuzziDiag working first so you can reset the TPS after balancing the throttles. ECU tuning/Dyno Tune. With a good to great dyno tuner, you will likely get the very best results. All the advantages of the above, but with the ability to adjust for your exact motorcycle in your exact environment.Quote from: pokeyjoe on April 05, 2015, 11:55:02 AM That was due to a FatDuc (O2 sensor signal modifier). There are only three ways to fool an ECU: If you’re looking for smoother throttle response at low revs, even with a slip-on and hi-flow filter, this thing is worth every penny.

Around 70% of UK homes do not have the minimum level of controls meaning that thousands of people are missing out on the cost savings they can bring.

Is the book a plug for the Booster Plug? Yep, but the author admits that from the start. What I like about the book is that it fairly treats the various solutions to fuel mapping, and debunks a few myths too. Looking to revive this thread as I am looking into options of going full system and get rid of cat. How did people get on with booster plugs and the Ninja? There seems to be a huge amount of debate around the effectiveness of booster plugs online with a lot of people saying they don't work on bikes with more modern ecu's. I have also seen some conflicting dyno results perhaps further validating the claim that there effectiveness is limited on certain models. Just wondering if anyone has been running one for a while on their ninja and could comment. I was also wondering too if anyone has bothered to go "the whole hog" and actually install a/f gauge to also monitor the effectiveness of booster plug in real time. I honestly plan on doing the ECU flash from Norton's and probably selling the Booster Plug on the cheap side.
