Just a shame the BBC has not released the television series on DVD or YouTube to compliment the book.I took a few liberties with this soup so not sure how far the flavour has strayed from the original, but it is really good, earthy and tasty with a touch of sweet. Her Complete How to Cook was released in 2009 to celebrate 40 years of writing recipes and was voted the Most Useful Cookery Book of All Time.
