It feels good to apply, not too thick, and while it does feel tacky as intended it's not so sticky that foundation is hard to blend on top, you can apply over it really nicely! Currently loving the Tarte Babassu Foundcealer and the performance with the hydro grip primer is amazing. One of my favorite things about this primer is that it works great with several different foundations. I don't understand why it balls up on some people as I've tried this under multiple different foundations and not had that issue.
