Wherever possible, we have provided an alternative game or activity for your little one to try instead. Go Explore is packed with games that help your little one learn and discover with their CBeebies friends. Your little one can take their CBeebies world out and about; to the supermarket, in the car, or even on holiday abroad!

As we have updated the Storytime app with brand new technology, it means that we have had to retire a lot of the stories from the old Storytime app, as the app was built on old technology, which was hard to fix and update. We understand that not everyone can donate right now, but if you can afford to contribute, we promise it will be put to good use. You can continue to use the original Storytime app for now but you will see no further updates and we cannot guarantee that it will continue to function as expected if you were to update your device’s software. If your device is on Android 5 or below, or iOS 13 or below, or you have a Kindle Fire HD 8 (2017), Kindle 2015 device or devices older than Kindle 15, unfortunately you will not see this new update for CBeebies Storytime. The BBC is unable to fund individual charities or concerns and cannot use licence fee payer money to fund other organisations.

There are no adverts and no in-app purchases and downloaded games can be played offline and on-the-go wherever you are! If you register your child for an Under 13 BBC account they will get a homepage on the main BBC iPlayer and personal recommendations tailored for children. Storytime features playful interactions, popular CBeebies characters, well-loved authors, and high-quality stories so children can enjoy reading, playing, and learning.

We have also added some great new features, such as the ‘My Favourites’ which lets you see all your child’s favourite art tools for different shows or seasonal event in one place. If the skill is running on multiple devices on the same account at the same time, it may not behave as expected.

CBeebies Get Creative has some fang-tastic Halloween colouring activities with Bluey and Hey Duggee, as well as spooky-themed stickers, stencils, spray paints and more to make monstrous masterpieces this October! Occasionally, programmes are removed from the CBeebies schedule because licences have not been renewed. To find your favourite story, you just need to select the CBeebies show or CBeebies Bedtime Stories collection first.

If you are being told to turn on JavaScript when you already have it enabled, try clearing the cache in your browser or refreshing the web page. Don’t miss out on future updates – we’ll be adding more fun activities to enjoy and other CBeebies friends to choose from soon! We are not looking for children to take part in filming and we regret that we are unable to consider requests for individual children or specific schools/nurseries to appear on future episodes. And remember, to control what your child watches on BBC iPlayer you will still need to use theparental guidance lock feature. We’ve made it much easier for your child to find their favourite CBeebies games and there are now no limits to how many games you can add to your island.

As device operating systems update over time, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep our apps working as well as we'd like. If you want to control what your child can and can’t do on the BBC you can also set up child permissions for them.

If your child already plays with CBeebies Storytime or CBeebies Playtime Island, this new version of the app has a very similar navigation, so will hopefully be familiar to use. The older technology also means that Playtime is much bigger than similar apps, and takes up a lot of space on your device.This is especially the case with many of our older games that were never built to work on a phone or a tablet.
