Tap on the reset section at the bottom of the menu, then the reset button inside. Confirm the reset. Aside from fixing your connectivity issues and software glitches, resetting will also get rid of any user-imposed settings that could be messing up your audio. Plug the charger into an outlet. Alternatively, you may also connect one end of the USB cable to a computer that is turned on.
