While I haven’t talked about it much here on Geeky Hobbies I am a pretty big fan of the Harry Potter franchise. Thanks for the review 'Dunjohn' - Interesting a game you first must build before playing, it's very different and you can just pack it away like a regular board game after you have finshed playing !

With the board manipulation mechanics not working as well as I would have liked you are ultimately left with a glorified roll and move game. I don’t think the board had to be huge but turning it into a 5 x 5 or a 6 x 6 would likely have improved the game. This makes it pretty easy to move between the classrooms especially if you roll the secret passage action.I'm never really a fan of the LEGO games concept, but I have to agree with Svelte that it's a good source of parts, but apart from that, I find nothing special about this one.

Normally you would think this would turn into a roll and move game as you roll the dice to move between the rooms/staircases. Get yourself a banner from your chosen house and build and explore the chamber of secrets for yourself.
