What I loved most was James' attitude and how he speaks. He is very down to earth, real, no bullshit. He simplifies the complicated world of weight loss which I appreciate.

The 10-Day Belly Slimdown: Lose Your Belly, Heal Your Gut, Enjoy a Lighter, Younger You by Kellyann Petrucci Man I really dislike this book and this guy. What a load of rubbish I just listened to. It was like he was having an argument with someone the whole time.

What a motivating book! I took on board a lot of the advice as I was reading, and today, a day after finishing the book and a week after starting it, I have lost 2lbs. Everything is clear and just makes a bit more sense. The before and after pictures do not show a drastic change in weight in 10 days. This book appears to be for those who need to lose a few pounds. I can see where her diet would heal your gut and make you healthier, though, and this may be an excellent benefit of her diet. The book was well written and I enjoyed looking through it seeing the different broth recipes and food ideas. Again, if you are interested in broth recipes or doing a cleanse for your gut than this book is for you! I have left this book more educated on weight-loss and factors that effect it. For that I will be forever grateful to James Smith. The crowning point for me was learning about female fat loss. Yes it's different than fat loss for men. Armed with every tool you will need to achieve incredible results, from dieting, training and staying in shape to identifying the fads, cons and nonsense that gets in the way of progress.

As mentioned in the book, by drastically changing your diet like this; you may experience flu like symptoms, brain fog, fatigue, etc. What it all comes down to in losing weight, fat, getting healthier, lowering your BMI etc is just going on a calorie deficit diet. More calories out than in will make you lose weight, it's really that simple.Reading about his desire to make Australia mirrored much of my own experience – having been twice deported but having now lived in Sydney (albeit via a three-month stint in both Los Angeles and Bali) for almost four-and-a-half years, it’s certainly a country that has an allure for many people, however hard the government try to makes it for expats to stay. Please don't think this is a hard book to read and understand. Dr. KellyAnn tells it like it is and the wording is very easy to understand. It is full of insight on so much to do with your over all health. Wrinkles, thinning hair, chipping nails, poor skin. Oh did I mention it will help you lose up to 10 pounds in 10 days and tell you how to keep it off. The best “self-help” book I’ve read so far & I will recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about the basics of nutrition & training as it’s very easy to digest. Learn to reset your current mindset and attitude towards your diet and training, with chapters covering:
