Am sure that is at least 5 degrees higher than it really is, thermostat is set at 20, and I'd be sweating my arse off and complaining if it were really 27! I would 100% love this product if the body temperature reading was more accurate, however I don't believe any product that doesn't actually touch the skin would give a precise accurate reading.
