It’s got a contemporary flavour unlike anything I’ve tried to date, but it’s still on the right side of what constitutes gin for me. We have tried all our wines before choosing to represent them, so you are never getting something we wouldn't love ourselves! It’s important to highlight that there’s a real freshness to this gin, thanks to its Atlantic Ocean inspiration. To further give the gin that authentic provenance, Nordés turned to botanicals native to the region – sage, laurel, verbena herb, eucalyptus and peppermint.

The recommended garnish is three white grapes, but it also works really well with sage and a liquorice stick/cardamom seeds. The General Wine Company sources wines from all over the world, but with a particular focus on small, independent producers.
