About this deal

Here we have some Hammerite on a paintbrush, lets try cleaning it with paintbrush cleaner. Brush Cleaner in a plastic tub You can use white spirit to clean Hammerite or the official thinners and cleaners, but what I have found to work best is brush cleaner. Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.

A. Hammerite Brush Cleaner & Thinners are specially formulated to remove Hammerite from brushes. The unique formulation makes it easier to clean, using white spirit alone will not clean Hammerite paints from your brushes. A. To thin paint for spraying with conventional spray equipment: Use 2 part of Hammerite Metal Paint to 1 part Hammerite Brush Cleaner & Thinners. This has been specially designed to be used with Hammerite Metal Paints we do not recommend the use of any other thinners with these products. I put some of the cleaners into a plastic tub ready to use. You can see the hammerite binding to the cleanerDirty surfaces need to be thoroughly cleaned before you can apply Hammerite metal paints on them. Our specially formulated cleaning product will get the job done well. The simple answer is no, not anymore. It is no harder to clean than most oil-based paints. But the reputation Hammerite has for being hard to clean is not unjust, it is simply outdated. You see, Hammerite did use to be incredibly hard to get off a paintbrush, to the point where most users would simply throw the brush away or buy the expensive official cleaners.

Spills are nothing to worry about anymore. If you happen to have spilled some Hammerite paint on the floor or wall, use our cleaner to wipe it off. The surrounding surface will be swiftly and permanently cleaned. H226 - Flammable liquid and vapourH336 May cause drowsiness or dizziness.H372 Causes damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure.H304 May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.H411 Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.Hammerite has a reputation for being really hard to clean off your brush after your done painting. But is this reputation justified anymore, or is it leftover from a different era when Hammerite had a much different formulation? Is Hammerite hard to clean off a paintbrush?
