DO NOT install this mod manually by dragging files to your data folder - Always use Mod managers like Modorganizer2 or Vortex to manage your mods! With different tiers of the science perk, you could actually grow your own plants that would grow on their own without settlers. (Yes this is for solo survivor builds if you don't wanna deal with the settlement system.)Reworked chem crafting so now you actually need the chemist perk to craft basic chems. Combo chems also can no longer be crafted willy nilly, depending on the effect, you will need chemist 2 or 3 to craft them. (also chemist had its duration boosters nerfed.) It merges both mods' climates, regions, weathers and music with a heavy focus on the weathers provided by GRIM. I have also changed the LUTs for Whispering Hills weather to match those of GRIM for a seamless weather change from GRIM to Whispering Hills weathers. Though there is a heavy lean toward GRIM weathers, the Whispering Hills weathers still happen so be careful when exploring as you never know when the fog will creep in and smother you!

(You can set the chances for this to happen in the Holotape). Fair warning, my memory is ass as I haven't worked on it in almost 6 months. ALSO YOU WILL NEED AUTOMATRON, FH, AND NW DLCS. They add new ranks which I do rebalance. Had to remove the main menu music from the files because it caused crashes. I added it now as raw Wav to the installer wich the game seems to like more.
