These are not real (NFS does not know about the amplification gain in the speaker). Actual level is pretty close to what I measure most speakers at. Settings wise I used the aforementioned dip switch settings for a monitor on a speaker stand less than half a meter from the wall and left everything else alone… initially anyway.
