KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sanshō (Japanese peppercorn) berries. ABV, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and peerless water sourced in the famous sake–brewing district, Fushimi.Multi-award-winning, using top quality rice spirit, natural Japanese botanicals and blended with pure Fushimi water, non-chill-filtered. Made with a rice spirit and botanicals including yellow yuzu, Japanese cypress, green tea, bamboo and sanso berries (Japanese peppercorn), this has classic juniper notes which complement the Japanese botanicals. Finally, the gin is blended with the exceptional water of Fushimi, long famous for its fine sake brewing. This gin has been regularly monitored by our distillery team, and carefully matured to the point where the fruitiness and the vanilla from the oak are in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend.
