Personalisation - when we need to produce artwork for prints on items or if your item needs embroidered, then we need a little longer. However, these services are carried out in-house so all within our control. To maintain the garment in good condition for longer, we advise using a delicates washing program on cold, and washing inside out. Do not soak or dry clean. We also recommend drying it inside out, avoiding direct sunlight and not ironing it.
