Full control over the temperature as well as the smoke by using the lid, vents in the firebox and the main chamber. There are four vents in total - one in the lid and three in the base, allowing you to protect the fire in windy conditions and control the temperature more accurately - all with cool-touch tabs. The ProQ Cold Smoking Cabinet is a perfect companion for our ProQ Cold Smoke Generator, and is a great smoking chamber for beginners and regular users alike. The Offset Smoker Grill can either be used for long and slow smoking or general grilling and barbecuing. American BBQ Grill incorporates an enamelled charcoal tray with a six-fold variable height adjustment operated by a crank handle. These silicone eyelets allow you to use remote probe thermometers with ease, for checking the internal temperature of food. Sturdy tripod design that sits close to the ground with three separate vents for accurate temperature control.

The analogue temperature gauge gives you a good idea of the internal temperature of the smoker, it is fully adjustable for ease of calibration. All porcelain coated for weather resistance and fitted with brackets for both the waterpan and the grills.

You can slow cook or smoke your food just the same as two stackers, but it's especially useful when cooking smaller quantities.It takes slightly longer than a traditional barbecue but less than a smoker so really you get the best of both worlds. The extra distance between flame and food gives you time to BBQ food to crispy perfection without over doing it.
