About this deal

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this army to a brand new player. I’m not going to lie: this list is going to be fighting an uphill battle. Until you get the hang of positioning and how to really dissect an opponent’s army it’s gonna be rough. But it’s thematic and rewarding to play! If you’re up for a challenge then have at it! Some of the other Boarding Patrols we’ve seen both released and teased have frequently contained up-to-date miniatures from the last few years or even brand-new models altogether, perhaps with an older kit included. On this front, when compared to the other sets, the Drukhari box looks particularly poor. Here are all the details for the new Warhammer 40k Combat patrols, along with Farsight and Snikrot releases with the pricing and links! Global prices have been estimated from similar-priced products. Boarding Patrol: Drukhari – Price Value & Savings Summary

It’s time to see what the Aeldari bring to the tabletop. Below, we have their points and optional upgrades calculated. If you’ve seen our previous Boarding Patrol articles, you’ll see we’ve included points value and commentary on how to maximise what’s in the box for the tabletop – the side of the hobby that is sometimes forgotten over the sheen of ‘ooh, shiny model’. Not me though. Let’s see what the Sons of Mortarion can offer us. Every Ork player always needs more boyz, and this gives you just that, plus the new Snikrot model too. This is also delayed in Japan.

This box can be used to assemble a variety of units – the recommended build for Boarding Action games is Jain Zar, five Howling Banshees, 10 Corsair Voidreavers, and 10 Corsair Voidscarred, each split into five-model squads. This Boarding Patrol contains 17 models in total – one gunslinging Kelermorph inspires a team of 10 Acolyte Hybrids, who can also be built as Hybrid Metamorphs, while a hulking Abominant is joined by his little Mindwyrm Familiar friend, and five nearly-as-hulking Aberrants.

You might even be among the first to hear about the next Combat Patrol set, which we’ll be showing off in just one week’s time… Some people love the new-ish Voidscarred, so this might be a popular bundle option. Boarding Patrol: Drukhari Vashtorr the Arkifane’s quest for the Key-fragments is nearing its end, and the action turns to the dead world of Arthas Moloch in the fourth chapter in the epic narrative series, Arks of Omen: Farsight. Commander Farsight is just preparing to wrap up the vicious War of Dakka once and for all, when calamity strikes and his entire operation is jeopardised by the arrival of the Unhallowed space hulk and its Balefleet entourage.

Plenty of Boarding Patrol boxes are coming to join the fun – but the starfaring Aeldari are masters of sailing through the void, and their spiky cousins are no strangers to raiding stranded vessels and even space hulks. Boarding Patrol: Eldar Towering over its allies, the Wraithlord is both unstoppable force and immovable object. These powerful wraithbone constructs can be configured for ranged or melee combat, plugging gaps in your battleline and hitting the enemy where it hurts most. Additional rules for using five factions in Boarding Actions – T’au Empire, Asuryani and Ynnari, Drukhari, Harlequins, and Adepta Sororitas Ultimately, this is a decent Drukhari force. You get the best of both worlds – melee and shooting options galore. Infantry and specialists rolled into one. Wyches can shoot and sit on objectives, whilst the Succubus and Incubi can go in for the kill and really fudge your foes up. All models are supplied with their appropriate bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly
