Machiya’s kouhai and actress for the Film Research Club, Mizuno is a shy and composed girl that dreams of being star one day. She can assume her roles well and becomes a completely different person while on camera. She seems to have a degree of infatuation for Machiya, getting visibly shaken when Mashiro became close to him. Story is special but doesn't highlight on it, the art is amazing, with having amazing facial expressions, characters are boring as shit, you're most likely going to read it for the titties. Mashiro's life was tragic as told in the manga itself it's implied her Father was a child molester who molested either her younger sister or her and one day she massacred her entire family including her unnamed Father, Mother, and Sister. Broken Bird: Only temporary, but Miwa is left a broken mess after Machiya manipulates her into killing someone. Ax-Crazy: Is almost as crazy as Mashiro, having no qualms killing or raping anyone he or his sister deems to be an evil villain.

The characters are cliche, plain and uninteresting to see. You get your MC, boring, has no meaning in life and just stays there for plot convenience, then you have SC, who is a crazy yandere bitch that will do anything for money and fame (or just outright crazy). Any other character introduced will just make you annoyed to the point you're asking yourself 'when will they die?' and if that thought ever arose from my mind, I would drop the series completely. You don't really feel for the characters but rather to just pitch a tent or unleash the water gates. Establishing Character Moment: We are shown Mai’s insanity as early as the beginning of the story, where she happily smiles for the camera while completely covered in blood right after bludgeoning a guy to death. Crocodile Tears: Mizuno takes her acting seriously; crying while being "raped" to make it look real as it gets, crying for Furui to make him regret his suicidal streak.

Disney Villain Death: Double Subverted. She seems to fall to her death, but it was a set-up; she slid safely to a higher floor while her "corpse" was subsituted for another member. The second time was real. Mai is able to fight while suffering two gunshot wounds (one from behind on her rib and one on her leg) by Ms. Balus. Sorting Algorithm of Mortality: Young, naive, materialistic and caught seducing Machiya by Mashiro Mai, she tripped all the flags for a particularly nasty death. Surprisingly averted as she has kept her head for now.Malevolent Masked Men: They murder people while wearing a creepy rascal costume that hides their face and identity.

I'm a Humanitarian: In chapter 27, he unknowingly eats curry made from his father. He is reasonable disgusted when he finds out. Not Distracted by the Sexy: What does he do when two very attractive women come into his apartment to seduce him? Tell them he's busy editing a video and that they should cover up. Dumb Muscle: Has a very muscular build as befitting of a self-proclaimed superhero while being a rather gullible person. And Now for Someone Completely Different: Becomes a protagonist starting with the DEAD Tube House arc.

The most active Crazy Rascal is Nishijima Hideo’s twin brother, he reveals himself to be a hardcore fan of horror films, making this DEAD Tube game his playground to enact his horror film fantasies, Nishijima dwells on the fact he always was the more talented twin but hated the fact his brother didn’t put any effort in anything, being average wasn’t the problem, it was being a leech that never tried anything was what pissed Nishijima off, it reached the point where his brother took loans from Loan Sharks using Nishijima’s identity, Nishijima killed many during the game, including his twin brother at the very beginning.Frame-Up: Ten and Justice Man splice the video of Mizuno forcing herself on him with audio from them raping and torturing her so they can kill him in the name of "Justice". Sex Is Violence: Gets very turned on by watching people being brutally murdered. At one point, Miwa strips down and climbs on top of him, only to become distressed when he's unaffected by her seduction attempt.
