Chase Vodka is a single estate potato vodka made in Herefordshire, England, UK by William Chase, who is also known for founding Tyrrells crisps. Aromas of juniper and subtle lemon welcome you to try and this leads to flavours of spiced juniper, cedar, coriander and subtle notes of crystallised fruit. Another market leading cognac, Hennessy’s rich and full-bodied flavours strike a special balance which makes it so popular. The production process involves peeling, heating and mashing the potatoes before adding yeast for fermentation. Deliveries are usually with you 24/48 hours after the goods leave us, but recently have been taking slightly longer.The spirit is then diluted with pure water that is taken from the aquifer underneath the orchard to around 50% ABV.
