Although only a 30ml metered spray it is a concentrated formula and I find two sprays on the pillow or sheet is sufficient for a long lasting therapeutic relaxing effect which helps lull you into sleep.

For the most peaceful of bedtimes, light the candle up to two hours prior to sleep to allow fragrance to enrich the space. Ginger115 Neom pillow mist I haven't tried this out yet but all Neom products are excellent so I have high expectations for this pillow spray. Yet another beautiful bath foam by Neom, not my favourite as I prefer the scent of the de stress foam, however still a lovely smell, foams up really well in the bath.
