About this deal

Not into the romantic partner musical chairs. Yes, there are exceptions once in awhile, but here’s a big ol’ NOPE. I tried to think of something—anything—to calm my raging hard-on. One wrong move and Leah Mae would rub up against it and that was liable to kill me dead on the spot.” — Jameson Bodine

Forever Never - Kindle edition by Score, Lucy. Romance Kindle

as much as i wanna get into explaining the plot and the characters. i dont know how to do that. it’ll just put everyone off. no words can describe how complicated yet uncomplicated this book was. Part of me doesn’t even want to write this review. I’m in a very “what’s the point” place, mentally. But I’m going to say a few things - mostly about me or about my reaction to this book. So take this for whatever it’s worth. So glad this is a series and not a once in a Blue Moon story. Lucy Score takes you on a return trip to Blue Moon in Not Part of the Plan. It feels like a trip home with the familiar characters, the laughter and most importantly the love. The great thing about this book is that it reminds us about all of the different kinds of love in the world, romantic love, friend love, family love and community love. Niko is an interesting character that takes a trip to Blue Moon to visit a friend and discovers a part of himself he didn't realize was missing. Get ready to fall for Niko and For Blue Moon to steal your heart again. - Just Me Anyway, what do you think? Am I the asshole or is she? Because I think she’s just using me for sex and maybe, possibly, she might not want to settle down with me but also I’ve never asked her if she would. But she’s just so flighty! You know!?”

And of course you have the whole scary villain character and story line Remi is all secretive about. When you don't understand why because there's no way she can handle it on her own. Her moms a cop even! At least tell her what's going on! No More Secrets is the first book in the Blue Moon Series by Lucy Score. Have you ever read a story and wished that you could in that world forever? If not, kindly grab a copy of Lucy Score’s books. She creates, a delightful reading, witty dialogues, and characters that you wish they could be your friends the Scores with cutest names, and the monthly newspaper and Facebook group? Who on earth wouldn’t want to be part of that world? The book was way too crappy for me to bother listing everything that was wrong with it, so let me just give you some precious quotes that sum it all up: hero was married to heroine’s bff years after the bff and heroine stop talking. hero then divorces the bff. YEARS later heroine and hero reunite. He’s intense need, love, admiration, irritation and every other explosive feeling he has for her is what kept me reading.

I’m drawing it out for effect. Jeez. This is the longest conversation I’ve had with someone I didn’t marry or give birth to in three months. Let me have this,” she insisted. Her response? Not to call him on his bullshit, that's for sure. She decides that it is her fault that he feels like she is using him for sex, and would never actually commit to a relationship with him (a relationship he has NEVER once asked her to be in, by the way). So after he screws her into the ground, and walks out of her house telling her that they are over, leaving her naked and on the floor.... she decides the best course of action is to get dressed, go to his house, cook him dinner, and tell him she's going to date him and convince him that he's worthy of her. It’s a Lucy Score book, so sex is kind of expected, right. Her other books at least had some depth and feel and moments of LOL and stronger heroines who aren’t lame, practically begging for sex constantly, sex puppies who can’t string a thought together because all she can think about is sex. The only conversations as far as I recall, between the H&H were whole they were having sex.

HATED all the cross sleeping around history, characters all still fine with one another and so on after their histories together. I had to edit my original thoughts, I didn't even read the blurb before getting this because this is an author I sorta trusted.....but the h having once been with his brother and him having married her best friend is a little too much keeping it in the family for me. The world's a big place there must have been other options man Working as a nanny for the world’s grumpiest single dad should have been simple. Except I can’t keep my eyes off him. And he can’t keep his hands off of me. Pretend You’re Mine is narrated from the point of view of the two lead characters: Luke Garrison and Harper Wilde. It’s an addictive light read featuring a multitude of dialogues. The plot focuses on the romance of the protagonists, but when we are advanced in the story, you will get good surprises because several turns appear that will have you even more hooked. Regarding the characters, the protagonists are very well crafted, and in the end, we see a clear development. Additionally, the story would not be the same without the secondary characters that contribute many things to the novel and enable the readers to get a better understanding of the main characters.

Forever Never - Lucy Score

There is more to the story than just this major connection between two people. There is a woman who needs to escape from an abusive relationship, there are families and their pasts, and the dynamics of parents/husbands and wives. There is so much for every reader. There were a lot of things that made Remi different from the average girl. Synesthesia was one of them. You aren’t hearing me, Remi. If I got anywhere near that sweet pussy of yours, I would punish you for making me wait so damn long. I’d discipline you for wanting to leave me. You’re safer if I never touch you. And so am I.” All across the USA, people are showing up dead. The deaths don't appear to be connected in any way until one particular death occurs and gets the Secretary of Defense's attention. He arranges for a task force to investigate. Kid scared the hell out of the horses on delivery yesterday,” Bill continued. “ And he came this close to side-swiping Mulvaney’s new Arctic Cat last week. You know we’d never hear the end of that.”

The story went that little Remi Ford caused a fuss in kindergarten when she demanded a pink crayon to write her Es because everyone knew Es were pink. It took a few years, but her parents finally got an answer from a specialist. Their daughter’s brain created extra connections, tying colors to things like letters, words, people. Why have I chosen this book? I always wanted to read some book by this author, but I guess I should have started with another one... This book certainly didn't make a big impression. Even if the writing was good. Like earlier said, Lucy Score does a fantastic job in her characterization. You will enjoy reading about the initially arranged romance between Luke and Harper. Harper, the heroine is affectionate, cheerful, kind, hardworking and courageous. Also, Luke, the male protagonist is funny, sweet, mysterious and intense. Something happened to him that he is not able to forget and that has made him not able to advance in many aspects of his life. Other characters that appear in the story include Aldo, Sophie, Gloria, Claire, Charlie, Frank, Joni, and Ty who are essential to the story. I’ll start with what I liked, for the most part I liked the FMC Remi, she’s unique, funny, and brash. I liked the setting, the cute little island town was quaint and the thriller/mystery was also very compelling.

You don’t fall for your brother’s high school sweetheart, your boss’s daughter, or your ex-wife’s best friend. Especially when they’re all the same woman. Instead, he weighed the options between diced tomatoes with or without green peppers while shopkeeper Bill House complained to him. Can I move to Blue Moon? I love the Blue Moon series (come on, crazed goats, meddling neighbors, the amazing Pierce brothers!!) and Not Part of the Plan is a fantastic addition. I loved Niko and Emma, their story and their happily ever after. But even more, I love the story of this town, the interaction between family and friends (and the occasional farm animal!!). This is the fourth in the series and can be read alone but I recommendreading the others. They are very good! And I love how each book builds toward the next. I can't wait to see what happens next in Blue Moon! - J. Williams Around 46% the will-they-won’t-they had gone from fun suspense to “oh dear god who cares?” It’s interesting how something can be pushed just a touch too far and suddenly seem annoying and ridiculous.the last time i felt anything like this was exodus by kate stewart . that says something since that book is my lifeline. The ow is aware of this. Stupid fool. Obviously the marriage didn’t last long but the H and ow remain friends. Assholes.
