Ingredients: lemongrass; galangal; onions; red peppers; paprika; fennel seeds; chile powder; turmeric; curry powder; shrimp paste Ingredients: mussels; leeks; red onions; carrots; fresh ginger; sake; light soy sauce; spring onions; green chile peppers Easy to make, especially if you use a blender instead of grating the ginger etc... Tasted good but was slightly overpowered by the other flavours in the dish I used it for.
