Bright and rich fruity notes of blueberries and dark cherries marry with a hint of oak and a soft tannin texture in this juicy blend. It’s the brainchild of Moa Gürbüzer, a former family therapist and social worker who studied the effects of alcohol on society for over twenty years. I was a little worried as these is that slightly fermented smell to it, but the flavour is sensational and hits in all the right places. Low Intervention Organic Red Nº 1 is matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol. We couldn’t be more excited to review the Oddbird Low Intervention Organic Red, as most of the bottles from this Swedish label are fantastic.
