In case you did not pick it up yet, Casamigos is the tequila brand that is backed by George Clooney. Bottled lemon and grapefruit juices can make a decent drink, but one made with fresh juice is notably superior.

When it comes to celebrity tequila brands (or just premium tequila, for that matter), rock and roll legend Sammy Hagar is the original. Slowly crafted and aged for several months, results in a golden colour filled with notes of oak, caramel, and cocoa.Kristopher DeSoto was on a mission to create a more robust and expressive tequila than the kind usually found on U. It is as smooth as a premium whiskey, has nice notes of caramel and cocoa and a silky mouthfeel and is simply a delight to drink. Each batch is distilled for a minimum of two months in stainless steel barrels, and delivers a nice mix of sweet agave, light citrus and just a hint of vanilla. These wine barrels let the spirit age in a different direction (don’t worry; it doesn’t taste like wine), and impart the unique rosy glow that gives Calirosa its name.

Reposado translates as ‘rested’, and is defined as being aged in oak for at least two months but less than a year.
