This book is such a necessary read for every women who ever felt sex was just not as good as it was supposed to be - mainly because of all the acting, and just years and years of women believing they had to satisfy men. At times, the jolly tone and self-depricating humour got on my nerves (the latter is fortunately lost more and more), sometimes all the tantra praising was a bit much and I'd really prefer it if authors didn't feel like they need to equate women with vaginas and men with penisses in every other sentence.

Taking time over sex is probably the one thing that I and my partner will try to stick to the most, while putting my finger in my anus for one minute a day while in the shower is probably something that I'll pass on, thanks all the same. However I like to think I'm liberal, and I like to think that I'd look after the woman in my life in sexual terms, so after seeing this book recommended online by a woman for "straight males as well as women" I gave it a go and read the whole thing.The author is so relatable I caught myself numerous times clapping and praising and just stopping in my tracks and mentally screaming “OH MY GOD THATS IT! I don't hand out five stars much, but this book is such an 'important' read that I'll do it anyways.
