I have previously used this product in Manhattan Grey - I bought this to do fix some areas of the older sealant and it’s completely a different colour. It is a one-component sealant, resistant to mould growth, ideal for sealing around sanitary fittings to give a water-resistant, hygienic seal. This sealant provides added protection against mildew and bacteria growth, so it’s suitable for use on sanitary fittings in both domestic and commercial settings.

With an extremely low dirt pick up, they are also flexible and waterproof giving a good sound seal for a professional finish.
