Raffall reserves all rights to disqualify any Host, Entrant or Winner if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize competition.
If the dispute is awarded in favour of the Winner, Raffall has no obligation to pay the Host's Proceeds to the Host and/or their supporting charity or cause.
